Adam Bucci is an associate with the firm, focusing on complex class action litigation. He has experience litigating in both criminal and civil matters.
Mr. Bucci started his legal career at the San Diego County District Attorneys Office. There, he prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony cases, ultimately specializing in matters of domestic violence and child abuse with the Family Protection Unit. After leaving the District Attorneys Office, Mr. Bucci spent time at a complex business litigation firm which operated solely in the payments processing industry. Mr. Bucci represented small businesses pursue actions of fraud, unfair business practices, and contract disputes.

Mr. Bucci is a sitting member on the California Western School of Law Alumni Board of Directors and a coach for the California Western Mock Trial Team. He is also a member of Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists.
Mr. Bucci is admitted to practice in the state of California as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District.
