San Diego Doctor Accused of Stealing Drugs and Getting High While Treating over 800 Patients – While UCSD Takes the Money and Keeps Patients in the Dark: Lawsuit
Blood, Hurst & O’Reardon, LLP, along with Iredale & Yoo, is investigating UCSD Medical Health and its role in allowing a drug-addicted doctor to bill patients for medication he stole for personal use. UCSD refuses to notify affected patients, but has taken patients’ money for drugs patients needed, but never received. We represent the affected patients. The addicted doctor is anesthesiologist Brad Hay.
